Requirements:

1. Cadet Application Form 

• For Section 1, please check-off "Royal Canadian Air Cadets" and "876 Lincoln Alexander" for name. 

• Print on LEGAL size paper - 81/2" x 14"

2. Cadet Code of Conduct

3. Proof of Valid Health Insurance

• OHIP card

• Private insurance is also accepted 

4. Photocopy of Government issued identification

The following IDs are accepted:

• Valid Canadian Passport

• A Canadian birth certificate

• Any valid Canadian resident card

• Any identification card issued by a Canadian provincial or federal government agency
